The clean and user-friendly standard website design (Graphical
User Interface), displayed on the top of this page (see sample website screenshots), is included
in the IntraPub package. We will change colours and integrate
your logo & photos accordingly. If required a unique Graphical
User Interface (GUI) can be designed for you at an additional
cost. All pages of the website conform to leading W3C Web Standards
(www.w3.org).
The homepage of the website allows users to access all the
major sections of the website through a clear navigational
structure. In addition, it provides a brief introduction to
the pub. Also advertised on the homepage are the next upcoming
entertainment listings and relevant news article(s).
The main sections on the website are as follows:
Pub/Premises:
This area provides further information on the premises. Additional
photos may also be displayed here.
Entertainment: Fully Managed by Pub Owner
This section includes all entertainment listings for the pub.
There is no limit to the number of entertainment listings
that the pub owner incorporates into this area. For example,
as a new band is booked 3 months in advance, the Pub owner
can at their leisure add the listing to the Entertainment
section, where it will immediately be displayed. Past listings
are automatically archived in the underlying database. The
next Upcoming Entertainment listing is displayed first on
the list of upcoming entertainment. Each entertainment listing
can link to an individual web page displaying the listing
in full and a photo if available. Printer friendly listings
are available also.
This sector also separately accommodates for regular pub events
such as poker classics, regular Trad Sessions and so on.
Menus: Fully Managed by Pub Owner
This section displays all menus for the pub. There is no limit
to the number of menus that the pub owner incorporates into
the website. Menus such as Lunch, Early Bird, Daily Specials,
Christmas Menus, wines menus, and so on can easily be added,
edited or deleted by the pub owner. Printer friendly menus
are available also.
Pub News: Fully Managed by Pub Owner
This section can include news on all aspects of the pub such
as awards, job vacancies, new food menu, and so on. The most
recent articles automatically appear at the top of the News
List page. This gives the latest articles a prominent position
in the website as well as making the website appear more dynamic
as content is continually been added as each article is entered.
Each article links to an individual news page displaying the
article in full and a photo if available.
Contact:
In addition to contact details there is also a contact form
which is emailed directly through to the pub owner. A printer
friendly location map can also be displayed if available.
Additional sections can be added on request.
Once set up, the IntraPub CMS can be administered by the pub
owner with no involvement from Intrade Solutions, although
we will be there for support if needed. All key areas can
be edited and updated at any time, from any location. For
example the food, entertainment and news sections are fully
customisable and can be altered immediately to take account
of a change to a menu dish, or the addition of an entertainment
listing etc.
An online IntraPub CMS Help manual is also packaged with the
system, explaining in detail the procedures for maintaining
the relevant sections of the website.
Users to the website can enter an email address to receive
restaurant updates. Through the administration area the pub
owner can easily send pub updates or newsletters to all registered
on the list. It is a cost effective way of keeping visitors
coming back to the site as well as keeping customers informed.
A powerful marketing tool.
Users to the website can send an email directly from the site
to a friends email address, prompting their friend to visit
the website. This is a cost effective way of obtaining new
website visitors and potential customers.
